Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing prepared expenses reports and assist administrative team in managing same against fiscal requirements.
  • Contribute to monthly budget recommendations for the practice(s).
  • Work with Practice Manager/Administrative Director to monitor and reconcile expenditures as well as the organizational goals of all clinic specific activities and personnel to achieve the highest quality patient care as well as long term profitability.
  • Ability to oversee schedules and be resourceful with compliance to policies and procedures, task assignments and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure effective patient care and provide conformance with efficient clinic service commitments at clinic specific site(s).
  • The practice manager will serve as a mentor for new managers.
  • Assist in setting up new practices and/or providers.
  • Must also posses the ability to manage multi-specialty clinics and services.
  • Must function at a high level of independence and autonomy.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of management experience preferred
  • Previous medical office experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology or neurosurgery preferred
